The Hangleton and Knoll Project - working for a better community

Community Learning

Residents in the HaKIT computer suite

We offer a range of online and in-person Community Learning courses covering everything from dancing to benefits advice to wellbeing. We regularly set up new groups and activities in response to the needs and interests of our local communities, including Job Clubs for those looking for work and creative workshops to learn new skills. To find out more about our current and future courses you can sign up to our e-newsletter or visit our online activities map.

Our Community Learning Membership (launched in 2021) is free to join until July 2022. If you would like to become a member, please download a copy of our Community Learning membership form and email the completed form to info@hkproject.org.uk.

Some of our Community Learning classes take place in the HKP IT Suite at St Richard's Church and Community Centre, which provides free, accessible IT training and resources to the local community. We are currently offering bookable 1:1 appointments with our friendly, qualified Tutor every Wednesday between 10am and 3pm (held in person for 1 hour). Our 1:1 Tutor sessions can help you with all IT-related questions, at your own pace.
