This is a partnership between primary care and the community, hosted by the Hangleton and knoll Project. Bringing together all people involved in Health within our community

What is the West Area Health Forum?

This is a resident-led group set-up and hosted by The Hangleton and Knoll Project to bring together all people involved in health within our community.

Watch the video that was funded by NHS England and NHS Improvement’s Sharing and Celebrating Patient and Public Involvement in Healthcare Community Grant.

About the forum

Find out more information about local health services and ask your GP surgery representative questions. Patients, residents and everyone involved in health in the community are welcome.

The forum brings together Primary Care, community, statutory and voluntary organisations and its agendas are shaped by local citizens.

Representatives from West Hove Primary Care Network, WellBN Burwash and Benfield Surgeries attend the forum.
