Health and Wellbeing

The Hangleton and Knoll Project brings local residents and health services together to share information, shape local health priorities and provides opportunities to improve health and wellbeing through events, groups and activities.

We are pleased to be part of the UOK partnership, a network of community services working together to support good mental health and wellbeing in Brighton, Hove and East Sussex. More information on the support they provide can be found on their website.

HKP also offer health and wellbeing sessions to support physical and mental health. Join us for yoga, pilates, qigong, and meditation to experience relaxation techniques, or participate in our singing for wellbeing sessions.

We also provide peer support for diabetes and menopause.
